If you are interested in being a Vendor at the SURE Women Conference 2011, please review the information below and complete the form:

Available Vendor Slots:

• Thursday, June 16th (6pm – 10pm) and Friday, June 17th (6pm – 10pm), or
• Saturday (all day), June 18th (8am – 6pm), or
• All three days – Thursday (June 16th), Friday (June 17th), and Saturday (June 18th)

[ Note: You cannot be a Vendor for just Thursday only or Friday only ]

• Thursday and Friday evenings: $145 (regular spaces) or $160 (premium spaces)
• Saturday (all day): $145 (regular spaces) or $160 (premium spaces)
• Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (all day): $275 (3-day regular spaces) $300 (3-day premium spaces)
