SURE Women conference held in Springfield

SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WWLP) – More than 1,000 women gathered for the SURE Women Conference in Springfield at the Mass Mutual Center. Women all over the region attended the two-day event.

The founder and CEO says this is a time of transformation, unity, fellowship, and spiritual uplift.

“We are just empowering women to excel to their fullest potential in every aspect of their life. They can be empowered and inspired to go to the next level in their lives,” said Dr. Annie B. Watson of Sure Women Ministries, Inc.

All the women participated in the different seminars. 22News’ own Elysia Rodriguez was one of the keynote speakers at the conference.

Women Unite in Springfield

SPRINGFIELD, MA – The SURE Women Conference 2010 took place this weekend at the mass mutual center. Attendees were treated to speakers, vendors, and team building exercises. The founder says the event is a catalyst for gathering and uniting women. The conference is the vision of Springfield dentist Dr. Annie Watson, who hopes the event will inspire women.

“I want women to be able to be empowered to be able to go to the next level for their lives in all aspects. Mentally spiritually physically, emotionally, financially, so they can excel to the fullest that they can,” Dr. Watson said.

The conference is in its first year, Watson plans for it to become an annual event.
