Juanita Bynum To Kick Off SURE Women’s Conference 2011

For those of you who thought last year’s SURE Women Conference was awe inspiring, you will not want to miss this year’s event! Minister Dr. Annie B. Watson, founder and CEO of SURE Women Ministries, has outdone herself with the line-up for this year’s Conference, which is being held June 16, 17 & 18th in downtown Springfield at the MassMutual Center (see ad on page 2).
Those who attend are bound to be transformed with a weekend featuring national recording artists, national inspirational speakers, empowerment seminars, comedy, dancers, psalmists, a fashion show, a ‘Unity Walk’ and much more, all designed to positively impact and transform the lives of women in our region.
Kicking off the Conference on Thursday, June 16, will be Dr. Juanita Bynum, International Empowerment Lecturer, Recording Artist and Author, who will lead conference goers in a ‘Region-wide Inspiration for Transformation.’ Dr. Annie (as she is affectionately called) told Point of View, “I was led to invite Dr. Bynum to Springfield because I believe that the profound economic and societal challenges in this area would greatly benefit from her powerfully transformative ministry.“ The theme for the conference is “Ignite the Power in You,” and there is no doubt that the power from within will be ignited as the Conference kicks off with Dr. Bynum.

Never before has a conference of this magnitude been envisioned, orchestrated and successfully carried out by women of color in the venue of the MassMutual Center with a line-up of nationally known speakers and recording artists attracting over 1,000 women for a two-day period. So, if for some reason you were not there . . . I urge you not to make that same mistake next year.”

Hello Dr.Annie, I just wanted to say how blessed I was to be able to be apart of the Conference, and to meet you and my favorite Artist which was the icing on the cake, I look forward to supporting you, and get the women down in my area. What you managed to pull of is nothing but a miracle from God (Connecticut).
